Not the best...

I got this Blu-Ray player because of the extra features that it boasted (Netflix, Youtube, etc), but it is such a hassle to get to work correctly at any given time. If you want to watch Netflix, you usually have to try it once, then when the network times out, power the player off then on again, then it connects and works. Sometimes discs won't load right away and you have to do the same thing. The firmware update moved the icons that you use the most and put what Samsung feels you should want at the top, so you have to search for what you're wanting to use (Blockbuster). Not only that, but the newer applications that you would think could be included with the player aren't compatible (Hulu doesn't work with this player). In general it's just an all around hassle to get to do what it should be doing. Avoid and get something that works right the 1st time.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, newer apps don't work on this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Few Apps for this product

I would not have purchased this product had I researched the number of apps that are available with this model. Very disappointed that Samsung has not made all apps available with each of their products.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight

Best Bluray player great price

I am extremely happy with the purchase of this blu ray player it has great apps and works better than other brands for overall quality. My only problem is when trying to work BD-Live trying to get extra local storage it needs but as far as AllShare and the other apps go it is the best

Although I have only owned this blu-ray player for 1 month I am glad I bought it. Plays everything very well. Even my old dvds look better and all my music cds play perfect. No complaints yet. I haven't tried to hook up to the internet wirelessly yet but will do in the near future.

Great product. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a Blu ray/DVD player that is a great value. My first one was so great I had to go out and buy a second one! I setup the wireless Samsung adapter - not great! If you havet he option I would try an ethernet cord first. I have netflix and there is a frequent "connection error" pop-up that I get while watching my shows/movies. However, hardwiring is not an option for me - but it may be a cheaper way to access the Internet TV. Great Picture quality and value for your $$$.
