New Fragrance is Awful

This has been my go-to soap for a decade or more - we purchased it regularly and kept it by every sink in our home. I even brought bottles to the office because the fragrance was not only light and pleasant, it wasn't so overpowering that it would trigger my migraines. This most recent bottle is terrible - the formula is very drying and makes my skin feel tight, and the fragrance is definitely different. It smells like a cross between regular soft-soap and the old milk and honey smell, but it's very strong and lingers for hours. The six pack I just bought are going in the trash and I'm on the hunt for a new brand of moisturizing hand soap, I won't use something that not only smells awful but gives me headaches. Not sure why the formula was messed with but I'm very disappointed to lose a reliable product.

New scent stinks!

I've been using the Milk and Golden Honey scent for years and always loved the clean fresh scent. However I recently picked up the 50oz refill and unfortunately didn't notice "new fragrance" on the bottle. Why in the world did they change the scent to a horrible and disgusting perfume smell? Within a few minutes after washing my hands, I started sneezing (I'm extremely sensitive to scents) and my head started hurting! That's just how strong this new scent is. I agree with the other reviews to request that they please bring back the old scent! Quit messing with a consumer favorite. This obviously wasn't a good change which is apparent by the numerous other negative reviews. And it appears you changed ALL the other scents as well (aloe and antibacterial) because those reek of perfume too. I will be finding a new brand of soap to buy unless the previous formulas return.

Overpowering Floral Perfume

Your new fragrance reformulation is so horrible it immediately nauseated me and triggered a migraine. The new fragrance is an overwhelming floral perfume. My family has been a loyal buyer of Softsoap's Milk and Golden Honey liquid hand soap for over a decade because of it's subtle scent. Softsoap, when this is one of your top sellers for this very reason, why would you change the formulation's fragrance to a strong perfume?

For your company to say you haven't changed your Milk & Honey Softsoap is a big fat lie!!! I have used it for so many years & it was my absolute favorite hand soap. We even took it on trips. Then in the midst of the pandemic you changed it to a big stinky perfume filled jug of a nightmare for all of us who suffer from fragrance allergies. It's beyond disappointing!!! Please change it back so I can buy it again! I am a Grandmother of 5 girls 3 of whom have allergies!!!

Now smells floral

This used to have a subtle sweet smell. It now has a nauseating floral smell. It gives me an immediate headache and makes me sneeze! Will be throwing this new bottle away and never purchasing again. Please change the scent back :(
