WONT BE BUYING ANY LONGER

Like others have commented, when you changed the formula, the scent is now too strong and off-putting. My family has been buying this product for decades, we will not be purchasing this any longer. Decisions to change successful product formulas like this shows poor business management.

I will not buy this product again so disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the new scent of Softsoap milk and honey. I've been buying this soap for many, many years. I have a hyper sensitivity to manufactured smells and the original milk and honey was perfect for my scent problem by not bothering me at all. The new formulation of scent is horrible, I really do not like it. I am now sad and confounded and on having to find a new soap.
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Cleans Effectively, Easy To Use, Kills Bacteria, Locks in Moisture, Long Lasting, Moisturizing, Softens Hands
Cons: Unpleasant Smell

WHAT IN THE WORLD!?!?!? WHY????? I have enjoyed softsoap for years. Now all of the sudden the fragrance has been amplified by 500%! I used this brand exclusively because my allergies could handle it. NIW the loud, fake honey smell is unbearable every time I use it!!!!! I've even checked the bottle multiple times to make sure I didn't accidentally buy some off-brand. Cheap soaps are awful because they mask the lack of really useful ingredients with more fragrance!!!! The new formula makes my hands feel dry & tight too. UGH!!!!!! IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!!!!! I did NOT receive this as a sample, I buy the refill size bottles! Fix this form. Only "yes" was available. SMH

New scent is horrific

I used this for years and loved it but the new scent is just absolutely horrible. The old one was clean and mild. The new scent is so strong and floral, I can't even use it. My husband, who never notices things like that hates it too. Why why why would you change something that was so wonderful, it doesn't smell like milk or honey now. Please Please change it back

I loved and used this soap for years. I don't know why they decided to change the scent, but now it is absolutely nauseating. I won't be using it anymore unless it is changed back.

I was surprised to see the scent had changed (written on refill container), as there was nothing wrong with the original scent - it was amazing and light. This new scent is horrific. Not only do I have to return the two refills I purchased, but now I have to find a new soap. Thanks for nothing.

New formulation is awful!

This used to be the best soap on the market. The scent was pleasant and subtle. This new formulation (that the company straight up lies and says hasn't changed) is absolutely terrible. I would give it zero stars if I could. The new formulation is heavily scented and smells of neither milk nor honey. I'm not sure how to describe it other than disgusting. The new scent lingers strongly on the hands no matter how vigorously one rinses. The lasting scent induces migraines and sneezing. It also dries out the skin terribly even after just one use. I'm going to boycott both Softsoap and their parent company, Colgate-Palmolive and suggest others do the same. I've been a loyal Softsoap customer for decades but they're never getting another cent from me or my extended family unless they change this soap back to its original formulation.

I can't use this anymore with the new scent :-(

This had been our favorite hand soap product for the past 15 years, when our daughter had a medical procedure that required frequent handwashing. It saved our formerly cracked and bleeding hands every Winter. And the scent was very pleasant. We bought a bottle of the new fragrance and multiple household members absolutely can't use it due to perfume sensitivity. Very disappointed and not sure what we're going to do with this big bottle of soap. Sadly, will be looking for another product.
