I finally found a soap that didn’t dry my hands out terribly and didn’t have a strong scent- I noticed the packaging was different but still bought 3 bottles and then used the first one and shocked with how different it smelled!! This new formula is terrible the scent is now so strong and dried my hands out like crazy… please bring back the original milk & honey scent!

Super drying

I’ve used this soap for years, but my most recent purchase must be a different formula. My hands have been severely peeling and cracking so terribly!!! This never used to happen, it used to be very gentle and moisturizing, but now it is very drying and makes my hands peel like crazy. Worst soap ever!!!!!

You ruined a good thing!

Pretty much like everyone else, your changes to milk and honey are dreadful! Whoever made this decision AND didn't realize how bad it was deserves to find a new job because they don't understand soap manufacturing! It seriously is bitter and nasty compared to the previous formula and our household will not purchase it again.

New Scent is Terrible

I had purchases this in the past and always liked the milk and honey scent. No more! Didn’t notice the “new scent” label until after we opened the bottle and could tell something was wrong. The new scent is awful. We ended up throwing it out as no one in our household could stand to use it. Looking elsewhere for a new hand soap

TERRIBLE AND CLINGY NEW SCENT

I bought a refill bottle of the milk and honey online without realizing that there was a scent change. I am homebound due to medical conditions and very scent sensitive. I have to be able to trust the scents that I purchase as I rarely get to go out and smell new ones. I'm visually impaired so I didn't initially notice the new scent label on the bottle but it was immediately apparent as I was refilling. I thought maybe it was just because it was a large bottle at first and tried to ignore it but as soon as I washed my hands I was immediately overwhelmed by the smell. I checked the refill bottle and found the area that had "new scent" on it. This new scent is TERRIBLE!! It is very perfumey, not subtle and light like before, and it clings FOREVER!!! Hand soap smells should wear off in under 10 minutes, no matter how good they smell. After 30 minutes of being attacked by my 1rst hand washing with the new scent I'm getting a migraine, which I'm on several medications for including a monthly shot. WHY would you touch something that has worked perfectly fine for years? What "genius" thought that was a good idea? Based on reviews, the majority of people agree with me on this.

Overpowering new scent

The new scent is absolutely disgusting. I am sensitive to fragrances and now I can’t use this soap anymore and have been using it for years. Why change a good thing? Have to throw away two big refill bottles. Waste of money!
