Don't love that they seem to have changed the formula. New stuff has a strong smell and gives me hives. Very frustrating, because this used to be the only hand soap that didn't set off my allergies.

They have changed the sent to a powerful floral sent! It's awful! I have to discard and buy a different brand in a milk and honey.

Terrible new smell

Milk and golden honey was my favorite scented hand soap. It was subtle and not too overwhelming. The new milk and honey scent is terrible. It’s very strong and I have to agree with another review that it reminds me of truck stop hand soap. Just a terrible smell. Please consider bringing back the old scent. Why change something that seemed to be people’s favorite for years?

New Fragrance

Why? For the life of me, I just can't understand why. Everyone involved in this decision should be fired. You want a new fragrance, make a new fragrance. Don't destroy, not only a good one, but your best one. I don't understand why companies always feel the need to change or discontinue their best products.

I'm switching to Target's Milk and Honey Hand Soap

New formula smells like cheap perfume and dries out our hands. I can't believe Softsoap changed a great product into something almost no one likes. Time to admit the mistake and change the formula back.

Scent change gone wrong

I used the milk and honey antibacterial version for years. That was discontinued so I switched to the moisturizing version which was still great. This new scent rework is terrible, somehow like cleaning alcohol mixed with baby powder. Please bring back the original scent (antibacterial milk and honey would be great too). Honestly 1 star for the new scent the second is for hope it gets fixed.

Horrible new smell

The new fragrance is too strong. I try to avoid the rooms that have this soap in my house. When I wash my hands before bed now, it keeps me awake and all I can smell is the irritating fragrance. What happened to the nice neutral fragrance before?? Bring it back!! We have been using this soap for 10+ years but may need to make a change. Super disappointing.
