Why change a great product

Why oh why would you change a product that was one of your best sellers. It’s like Coke changing their original formula. This new formula now has too much perfume scent and isn’t NEAR the thick, quality soap the old formula was. I won’t be buying this anymore unfortunately unless they change the formula back to the original.

New Smell is Awful

The New Smell is Awful! We are now buying a store brand which is similar to what you got rid of. We only liked this older formula. We would be a customer again if you bring it back. Admit you made a mistake and call it your “classic” like the soda did years ago.
Why couldn’t you keep the old fragrance and also have the new one?
It seems during holidays you make about 10 or more special scents just for a month, but you couldn’t keep this one?

New fragrance is awful

I would have given it no stars but then I wouldn’t have been able to write this review. I have been using the Milk & Honey Softsoap exclusively since it first came out. I inadvertently bought the new formula and I have tried to give it a chance but I simply can not stand this pungent odor. It just reeks and the smell will not go away. I hope you will revert back to the original scent so that I can start purchasing it again.

Horrible New Fragrance

My entire family had used only this particular brand and scent for over 15 years until now. The new fragrance is horrible. Please change the fragrance back as you have lost another loyal customer!

Do NOT buy "new fragrance"

I just bought some more of this soap. It was the last bottle on the shelf and I didn't notice it said new fragrance. It's horrible. I hate this new scent. Gives me a headache. Went straight in the garbage where it belongs. Do not buy it is labeled new fragrance.

Milk and Honey new scent, disappointing!

Why did the milk and honey change? The original scent was perfect! Light and refreshing! Now it’s overly perfumed and very fake smell. What a disappointment when I got it home and refilled our soap dispenser. I have used this soap for 30 years. I Please bring back the original scent.
