Horrible New Scent

Softsoap milk and honey was the only handsoap that I was able to use with sensitive skin and allergies. Cleaned without drying hands or leaving behind residue. I couldn't find it for two weeks in my local Walmart and when they did have it back in stock, I noticed"new fragrance" on the refill bottle. I will no longer be able to use softsoap and am looking for a new brand because the new scent is overwhelming and horrible. Why do companies insist on changing their products when there is nothing wrong with them? If you wanted to create a new scent make a new soap but keep the original as is

Gross. Smells like old lady perfume. D severely ried out hands after 1 wash. Disgusting smell. So strong perfume I threw it out. I don't even want to smell it on my husband's hands. It is so drying and after only one use. It made my hands feel dry and tight. I am very disappointed. I loved the way the oldest one smelled and it actually made my skin feel smooth and moisturized. It was hard to find a hand soap that wasn't too perfume-y and my skin could tolerate. No more. This stuff is nasty. I will never by it again.

Have used the original handsoap for many many years and loved it! Kept my hands soft and moisturized, light fragrance that was pleasant. WHY DID YOU CHANGE A GREAT PRODUCT TO ONE THAT STINKS??? i CANT STAND THE STRONG SMELL OF IT NOW PLUS IT IS DRYING MY HANDS. i CANNOT USE IT ANYMORE! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMULA! I will have to return the bottle I just bought and look for something else. You made a huge mistake!

Smells awful! What happened?

I was using this soap for many years. During the pandemic this soap was hard to find. Now it's back on the shelves but the smell is not the same. Smells awful. Something changed, they are using different ingredients/scent. Disappointed.

Used this for years with pleasure! Since becoming available again after being scarce earlier during the pandemic - the product smells like perfume compared to the old honey scent. It is also drying whereas it used to be moisturizing! Only gave 1 star because 0 stars wasn't allowed. PLEASE PLEASE RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL FORMULA/SCENT!!!!

How could you change the formula? The scent used to be my favorite and now it smells so perfumey and a bit like sour milk! The old scent was so nostalgic for me because it is my grandmother's favorite soap! Why would you change a perfectly delicious smelling scent after so long? I will not be buying this again until you change the fragrance back to the old one! CHANGE IT BACK!!!!!!!
