Awful new scent

Why did you change this scent? It is awful - smells like an overly sweet perfume, and an unpleasant on at that. If your product and development department likes it, create it as a brand new scent with its own name. But you should have left the Milk and Honey scent as is. I had used it for years, my kids used in college and buy. I will no longer buy, in fact will throw out.
Cons: Unpleasant Smell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible New Scent

New scent/formulation (advertised on the bottle) is awful. Smells like perfume or baby powder now instead of the subtle scent from before. Trips my allergies, so won’t be using anymore of this soap.

WARNING: NEW FRAGRANCE That's what the bottles should say. This is terrible! It was our go to soap. Almost no fragrance, moisturizing and easy to buy/ Why, why, why change it? If people wanted gross stinky soap, they would buy the 10 billion other brands out their, your line included. We are now frantically looking for an alternative that is NOT Softsoap or another Colgate product. So disappointed!

Formula changed and I hate it

I have been buying this for years and they recently changed the formula. I could tell immediately when I used it. It is a lot more runny, smells like cheap perfume, and is very drying. The old one kept my hands moisturized and had a mild scent. Softsoap, please bring back the original!

New scent is AWFUL!

This was the only soap I would buy. Had it in my kitchen, in every single one of my bathrooms, by my laundry washtub, etc. Have been buying it for years. The only scent I could stand. The only scent I would purchase. The new formula is awful! Gives me an instant headache. Scent lingers. Not in a good way. My husband even says it stinks! Please bring back the old one!

I loved the old version of this soap-it had a mild sent and felt moisturizing. The new formula smells really strong and dries my hands out

I used to love this product, but the new scent is intolerable. This was a great soap for those like me who can’t use heavily scented products, but now I can’t even use it.
