New fragrance is unpleasant; not buying it ever again and I used to love it. Big mistake. Why did you change it? This is really bad. I am throwing out the rest of the refill bottle. I can't even use it up. It is going in the trash today.

This was my favorite smelling soap for years, but the latest refill I bought, new packaging and terrible new smell. What happened?? I get that times are tough but why ruin a great thing?

Why did they ruin a great product? I can't believe anyone thinks this new smell is an improvement. It gets on your hands and affects the taste of food, etc. We have been using the old formula for years, and never will again. Do not buy this unless you like a strong cheap perfume smell on your body after use.

Fire whoever changed this formula. It stinks!

What are you thinking!!!! Why would you change a good product? We have been using Softsoap Milk and Honey hand soap for years and years. We use nothing else...until recently. The new formula absolutely stinks. The floral scent overwhelms any thought of milk and honey. We buy in bulk because we wash our hands a lot and the old formula was mosturizing and smelled pleasant. It didn't linger on your hands for long. But the new version is thinner and smells awful. We were loyal customers. We bought multiple bottles of the refill size at a time. No more. We are now searching for a new brand that we can tolerate. Look through all of the reviews on this site. People are screaming at you to bring back the old formula. You are losing customers because of this "newer" fragrance. Please listen to your customers. If I could give this product a rating of zero, I would. It isn't just "poor"...it's unusable. I'm angry because now we have to find a replacement product and it's not how I want to spend either my time or my money. You should have left a good thing alone. Please return to the original product formula. This new version is simply awful.

No Longer Our Favorite - What Happened

Milk and Golden Honey Hand Soap was a favorite household supply. The new fragrance is so overpowering and sweet, we will no longer be purchasing it. It even has a new name, Milk and Honey. You have taken away our daily household “Golden” Hand Soap.

Bring back the original scent

I typically purchase milk and honey soft soap. I used to love the clean gentle fragrance, however the fragrance has changed to a more floral scent. Last time I purchased, I didn’t notice the label indicated “new fragrance”. I’m so disappointed. If it’s not broken don’t try to “fix” it!!! I hope you reconsider and bring back the original scent.

HATE the new milk and honey scent!

Very disappointed with the new milk and honey scent. I have been using this soap for years since I was little and bought a new bottle of it today. I immediately noticed the terrible new scent. It is this disgusting overpowering perfume floral scent and I can barely smell the milk and honey. How exactly is this new and improved? Why did you take a perfectly good product and change and ruin it? Formula feels different too and my hands feel dry. There are tons of bad reviews. Bring back the old one!
