[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love command strips!!! I rent a house and I cannot put any nails in the walls. Without command strips I would not be able to hang my pictures or any of my decorations!!!

I cannot say enough about these products as someone who is in the process of moving back into a home that we moved out of a few years back I have gotten so many comments on how amazing my walls look not one spot anywhere I used these items all over my house and dont get me wrong my house was decorated in every available spot I can hang something it was there but when we moved I was able to remove everything that held it in place and no mess left behind.. and again the house we just moved out of was immaculate with no spots anywhere because the removal was as easy as the placement. I totally recommend these if you rent or own that way you are taking care of your walls.

Want to make a WOW feature in your home? use a colorful carpet runner on the Walls, make sure you pick out several of the colors in the color scheme of the room, then using the large Command picture Hangers hang a carpet runner on one Wall. Fail over time

I used these to hang a group of pictures in my new home. They are basically just a 5x7 picture and glass with colored tape on the sides so the weight is 1 lb. or less. I very much liked using the Command strips, it made hanging very easy. After approx. 4 months one of the pictures fell and the glass broke. I repaired that one. Then today I found another had fallen and broken the glass. I took all the photos down (7 total) and placed a nail back-up to save any more broken glass. They're fine for keeping a photo straight on the wall but I won't be using them as a stand alone mounting again. FYI It was the adhesive that let go, not the Velcro. This is in a new home with freshly painted new dry wall.

Thank you for sharing your review on our Command(TM) Picture Hanging Strips. The large strips you used should hold hold 4 lbs per set (which should be fine for your 1lb pictures). The adhesive is designed to be permanent until removed as long as weight limits and directions are followed. was not sure where we wanted to hang the pictures was sure we didn't want to put holes in the walls every time we checked out a spot. get idea thanks for a product that fits the bill.

I am totally nuts for all command products...I love to change decor frequently with different seasons. I can change a larger wall picture for several smaller ones and not have to worry about nail holes showing! I am more likely now to try hanging something new to see if it "works" in a room without any damage to wall. Thanks so much!
