I have recently moved into a new home and definitely didn't want to put holes in the wall and my favorite portrait is a very large painting.
These Command Strips did the job and it was really easy to hang securely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so great to hang up pictures without putting holes in your walls. It was super easy to use and the directions were very helpful. I will always use these from now on. It held up some pretty heavy frames also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Command™ Black Large Picture Hanging Strips are just as described. If you have large pictures or objects to hang, these are strips to buy (24x36). Be sure to follow the instructions, clean your surface as shown, wait the amount of time prescribed AFTER painting, remove hanging hardware from back of any frame, make sure you hear the click when you press the strips together and wait the one hour to reattach your frame! When you do these things, these strips work just as they are intended. We have not had to take them down yet, so i can't speak to how well they come off without damage, but I've had other command products and have had no issues. I have a few more canvas paintings to hang and will be purchasing more of these to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got command strips to hang pictures/ white boards in my apartment. I used the in aid to help getting ready to move to virtual learning and the strips worked wonderfully all of my pictures and white boards are up on the walls and not moving great product hopefully it will be a great experience when time to take them down

Follow the instructions and don't go over the weight restrictions and boom! No nails needed and no damage to your walls. I hung a lovely canvas photo using mines and I look forward to purchasing more and using them all through out the house.

I use this type of product everywhere to hang pictures, clocks, and light weight decorative shelves. Amazing how much weight they will hold. These are especially useful during holidays when you want to put something on your walls but don't want to place a nail in your wall and left with a hole when you take it down. These make decorating fun and you can change up your look when you switch furniture around. Also, great to use if you rent and want your damage deposit back!
