Worked great, until it didn't

I used this to hang a small item (less than a pound). It worked for about two years and then the item fell off and with with came the finish off of the wall. Now I am terrified to remove the other items I have fearing I might have the same result
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely Unsatisfied

I have now purchased this product on 3 separate occasions, hoping each time that perhaps I had just chosen a faulty pack. All 3 times these Strips would stay attached to the wall for about 30 minutes before falling off. The pictures I was hoping to hang with them weigh less than 5 pounds. Each time I followed all instructions completely and got the same result. These Strips are terrible and do not work AT ALL.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Picture Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeled a bathroom and after fixing holes prior to painting I did not want to put more holes in the wall after I was done painting. I really like these picure hangers they were so easy to use and as long as I had a level to make sure the pics were hung straight this could not have been any easier. So far they have held up wonderfully.

Waste of money

I bought instead of putting holes in the wall. Nice concept until I hung a brand new picture, the picture fell down and broke the frame. Now I need to buy a new frame and also out the money for the strips.

It only works 30% of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about a month-and-a-half ago to hang multiple pictures around my home and I found myself wondering why I continue to purchase the items due to my previous experiences with it only working 30% of the time. Unfortunately within a couple of days any item that I hung that weighed less than 5 lb fell . Fortunately only a few of them were damaged and can be replaced. When this originally happened I thought that it was me just not putting enough strips on the back of the items that I was hanging so what I did was purchase the larger strips which in this case is the product that I am reviewing and unfortunately the same thing happened with those items.
I still like the strips due to the ease of use and convenience it offers when I want to change my home decor. However there are times that I won't rely on it due to the unreliability of items sticking to the wall so at this time I am only using the product for non valuables with the expectations that it will fall, as for any valuables I use nails to hang it up to ensure it is securely in place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love these!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a fairly large [and heavy] picture that I wanted to hang. However, my walls are plaster and just the thought of pounding nails in the wall to support the weight made me cringe! I was picturing the plaster crumbling all over the floor and dropping the picture right along with it! I tried the Command picture hanging strips and they worked great!! Not only are they holding my picture up, but when my sister accidentally hung it up crooked [very crooked!! =) ] we were able to just replace it and nobody is any the wiser. Thanks for making such a superior product!! =)

Slippery Area Rugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tired of slippery and askew area rugs - command strips. Not only are the strips hanging every picture in my home, I continually find new uses. The latest is keeping my rugs in place. Yes, they do adhere pretty well to the back of the rugs.
