dropped and broke case on my old shredder. ordered this as a replacement. was delivered to our home as promised in good condition. does a nice job of shredding papers. like the window so i can see how full it is getting. only downfall for me is that it is very heavy. would not be a problem if i could leave it in one place and not have to store it between usage.

Does not feed full size 8.5" X 11" sheets of paper at all much less eight of them. OTOH does a great job on credit cards. Very high maintenance in that special lubricating sheets must be used AT LEAST every three minutes of use or two weeks.
