The CS person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. A real human who spoke English! She helped me troubleshoot my shredder and determined it was not fixable. I received the new one the next day. Great customer service.

Shredding just stopped working

To my surprise the shredder stop work on the same day that I received it. I used for a little and then when I tried later it wouldn't work. I could her the blades making noise but the shredder isn't feeding the paper.

Smaller in size than a Staples shredder I purchased some 20 years ago; however quality has improved as shown by less paper jams easier shredding ability and auto shut off to cool down.

I received it on 7/30 in great condition I haven’t used it yet but as soon as I will let you know if it’s up to standard. Staples has always been great in the past when I bought a fax machine and was in perfect working condition. Looking forward to buying more
