For the price it's a good shredder. I find 4-6 pages works the best. No way it can handle 12 pages. I have a large shredding project but did not want to spend a lot when I will not have much use after I'm finish. It will over heat when I get to the 3rd full container of shredded paper. Patience and do not overfeed is key.

I am very pleased with the personal paper shredder I purchased recently. The quality of this shredder is excellent. Hopefully the shredder will last for awhile since my previous shredder (from another competitor) failed in about two years. I also liked the reasonable price. My discount coupon I applied combined with the already marked down price made this a great deal. Overall this was an excellent deal. Hope the shredder will last for several years at least.

The 15-sheed cross-cut Multi-media shredder is smaller and lighter than our original one. However we do not shred much and it is easier to empty and it conveniently fits small space between a wall and a desk. It is reasonably quiet and seems to shred well. We are satisfied with it and recommend it for users who do not have a lot to shred.

I bought this for light to medium home use. Description says it cuts credit cards and 8 sheets of paper. It does and would probably cut even more sheets but I haven't pushed my luck. I didn't want to risk jamming it or overheating the motor. It does everything it's supposed to do and it was a bargain price. What more can you ask for.
