I barely used this item and it no longer works after just two months of use.

I like the size of the shredder and the crosscut. The only thing is I wished there were wheels on it as a senior citizen the shredder is a little top heavy.

This machine is so quiet compared to mine that was 8 years old. The shredder shreds into tiny pieces and is so quiet

This is the 2nd shredder we have bought. The 1st one from a different store. Very impressed with this one. So far works like we need it to.

The delivery was fast and correct. The shredder is not too big or small for home use. Seems to work great

My old shredder kept jamming and shutting off. This one was a great replacement.
