It came with no instructions for running or caring for it. Also does not shred credit cards and is slow.

Shredder was delivered to my door sooner than expected. I have already been using it for personal papers.

Shredder is quieter than any we've had. Pages feed easily and the larger window shows when it's time to empty.

Although the mechanism is quite heavy it works extremely well.

The shredder works great. It replaces one I’ve had for many years. I expect this one to work as long as the old one did.
