Supposed to shred 15 pages but have to spoon feed it - only 2-4 pages have easy pick-up. Won’t even take 1 as it needs to go in straight. Whole unit wobbles when opening cover.

Bought this shredder yesterday and it overheated the first time I used it. Let it cool down unplugged overnight and tried again next morning…I put 4 sheets of paper in at once and it stopped working and flashed the red light as it was overheated. Taking it back today!! Waste of time and money!!!
