Easily Jams
on September 17, 2026

From the start it was hard to feed the paper into this shredder. It said to be 8 sheet capable, but it hesitates and sometimes jams when over 3 sheets. After the last paper jam it no longer pulls in the paper so it is worthless.

It is for an office and the business you can give it. I use it also for the rest of the house papers that we get. don't want anybody to get me information. I got a small one before, but it did not work out. It kept shouting down and not doing the job.

Too Small

Even for home this unit is too small for us. The amount of storage for the Shredded paper will fill up quickly.

2nd one I have purchased that failed within one year of light. We'll see if the warranty is offered and how difficult to claim.
