Storage hack - try a medium size canvas tote bag

This is a good machine so far; it replaces a Fellowes shredder I purchased 8 years ago. Pretty sure it's a Fellowes Shredder with a Staples Private Label skin. So far its been great for personal/home use fast enough and powerful. I just know not to overwhelm it like I did my previous one. The size is just right for keeping it out of site when not in use and easy to store in a closet. Keeping it in a Canvas bag saves some hassle from moving and emptying it.

shredder is a LOT smaller than what I thought

I was replacing a older shredder which broke when this arrived I soon found it to be at least 1/2 the size and strength so I would like to return this for a larger one.

I received this item on 1/26/24 today is 4/8/24 and it is no longer working. I can't believe this. I bought it with the thoughts of enjoying it for much longer than 2 months and 8 days. Here's the part to really blew my mind when the return eligibility expired 2/09/24 14 days after its purchase. So know I have in my possession a shredder that doesn't work that was rated 4.6 which is very good. I always thought that Staples stood behind their products I guess I was wrong. Maybe I'm wrong hopefully I am. I will go to to the store and try to plead my case who knows maybe they will agree and something can be worked out for a mutual satisfaction.
