Terribly made product

Everything was working "fine" (some minor hiccups) until recently where the wheel no longer spins. Even taking it apart to follow some helpful youtube instructions I realized that the plastic wheel is made in such a way where it will always get stuck. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Remove the tape from the device, hold the top wheel, and rotate the lower wheel until the wide plastic block on the bottom wheel and the center of the cutter in the top wheel are in line. When the wheels are in alignment, you will hear a clicking sound.

Once a go-to office supply.....

I own two. One doesn't advance the other only embosses select characters. Average life not even one roll of tape. Now stuck with ten rolls of pressure tape because of planned big job. Organizer Express isn't listed on the Resources & Guides page. Oh well

We bought this to label mailboxes at our condo complex. The numbers are so small you can hardly make out what they are. There is no way to change the size?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great until it wasn't

Nearly useless. Inferior craftsmanship/design.

Cheap piece of junk. Only lasts a few uses. This is my second one and I still haven't gotten through a single tape cartridge. These things jam up, refuse to create letters or cut the tape. Screws too tight (glued in?) to remove/repair. DO BETTER!

I literally make labels for everything -- love it

I love this thing. It is tiny, practical, and it works very well. I organized my entire pantry. I came here because I was having trouble with it after I changed the tape, and found a very simple solution: to align both wheels. I realized that most reviews are complaints from people who wrote their reviews before looking for solutions. And so I wanted to say that I love this thing.

After little use the embossing has stopped working. Judging by other reviews it is surprising this tool is still being sold. Very disappointing because when it worked, the labels were fine.

The tape is veeery bad
