It works great. Very easy to use. Adhesive backing works best when you first clean the surface you plan to stick the label to with an alcohol wipe or rubbing alcohol/rag.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this thing. It is tiny, practical, and it works very well. I organized my entire pantry. I came here because I was having trouble with it after I changed the tape, and found a very simple solution: to align both wheels. I realized that most reviews are complaints from people who wrote their reviews before looking for solutions. And so I wanted to say that I love this thing.

Disappointed

After little use the embossing has stopped working. Judging by other reviews it is surprising this tool is still being sold. Very disappointing because when it worked, the labels were fine.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. We appreciate you providing us with feedback. We recommend correctly aligning the character wheel to fix this. Remove the tape from the device, hold the top wheel, and rotate the lower wheel until the wide plastic block on the bottom wheel and the center of the cutter in the top wheel are in line. When the wheels are in alignment, you will hear a clicking sound.

I used this one and it already is broken. Such a disappointment. Cheaply made plastic.

I can't get it to cut the tape.

I just bought this today. It seems like a pretty simple machine to work. I've had them before. It prints onto the tape fine and the tape advances, but I can't get it to actually cut the tape. I presume there's a razor cutter inside and to cut the tape, you just have to squeeze the handle harder but I do that and it just does not cut the tape at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tried 2 - Neither work!

This is the 2nd one of these I got. Had to return the 1st one since it didn't work and now the 2nd one doesn't work at all either. Nothing happens when the handle is squeezed to get an imprint. The tape is advanced with no letters, #s or symbols are chosen. I would like a refund now.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you are experiencing issues with embossing or cutting, it may be due to the character wheel alignment. To resolve these issues, remove any tape currently inserted, holding the top wheel of the device, turn the bottom wheel until the center of the cutter on the top aligns with the wide plastic block of the bottom wheel.
