Good Product, Poor instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box containing the yellow Swiffer dusters says you can see a video that tells you how to put the fluffy part on the plastic stick. I went to the web site listed on the box and found NO video. A video showing exactly where to insert the stick into the duster would be helpful.
Pros: great duster
Cons: terrible instructions on how to assemble

I would like you to show a video or where to start and then the whole process of attaching the yellow heavy duty dusters to the wand. Like others, I find it impossible. I’ve had this for a while and in the past could just keep trying and it would accidentally work, but can’t even do that anymore.

need a round duster and some cleaner to catch dust

would like to ask is you can offer a swiffer that is round too. and a handle that is fold up together that you can put the handle with the 360 on to get to a different space to clean. Sometimes the duster just puts the dust on the floor maybe be a cleaner in it a little so it well contact the dust on the duster.Just something to think about.

Too difficult to figure out how to put togehter

Great concept, however writing my doctoral dissertation was easier than trying to figure out how to "insert" the duster portion. Instructions 1. Click, 2. Fluff 3. Insert REALLY! Much too difficult to try to figure out. After about 1/2 an hour I gave up and threw it in the trash. The dollar store sells an off name variety and it's already put together. Is this review rigged? Trying to submitreview for 45 minutes. I will not give up now, Swifter is trying to pull one over on people. Can we only submit positive reviews?
Cons: can't figure out how to put it togehter, too complicated!!

Am I doing it wrong?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if the Dusters have changed or if my weaving skills are void. With my new box of Duster refills, it has become increasingly difficult to get the Duster on the wand without the ends sticking out (potentially scratching what I am trying to dust.)
I do not recall having this much difficulty with my previous refill purchases. Anyone else have this issue?
Other than that, they are great for light, in-between dustings!

Have you already checked to make sure both prongs on the handle are inserted all the way down in the sleeves on the cloth? The Dusters have two sleeves between the fluffy layers and the cloth is held in place by the tab at the base of the handle. (It's important to use Swiffer refills for your Swiffer handle. Other brands’ refill cloths may not fit the Swiffer handle properly).

Not easy to figure how to assemble nor to find instructions online

Thanks for sharing your experience with Swiffer Dusters. To assemble:
*Push together the rounded ends of the two pieces that make up the handle, and firmly push them until you hear a click.
*To fluff the fibers, hold both ends of the duster cloth & move your hands up & down quickly.
*With the fluffy side of the duster facing down, slide the prongs of the handle into the sleeve. The sleeves are open at both ends so either end will fit on the handle.
*Pull the cloth onto the handle until it is secured into place by the tab at the base of the prongs on the handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the kit, 5 pads and a handle, the instructions are useless, Fluff the pad, insert in handle, where it promptly falls out. What a waste of money.

For best results, make sure the prongs on the handle are inserted all the way down the sleeves in the duster. The duster is held in place by the tab at the base of the handle. Swiffer Duster Handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love dusting with both the 360 and regular duster but wish you would go back to the handle design that had the extra plastic piece that held the duster on the handle better than the new design.
Pros: makes dusting fun :-)
Cons: new handle doesn't hold duster tight enough
