[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When a good product comes to us someone is always messing with it. I will not buy the blue dusters because you can only use one side and I am sure it is forcing us to buy more dusters. I would recommend the yellow dusters but I am quite disappointed in the change.

It’s constantly breaking

I’ve purchased the long handle swiffer duster 3 times now. It’s constantly breaking. This last time was the fastest break. It’s very frustrating when you are a residential cleaner and rely on this product everyday. The middle part of the handle is too flimsy and can’t handle the day too day cleans

Duster comes off handle

I have put the duster onto the handle correctly. If I dust something rough, like the bricks on the hearth, the duster comes off. If I try to dust under the dryer, the duster comes off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Old version was better

I am a chronic duster and loved my duster until it broke, but that's not the problem, the old duster had little clips that held the dusters sheets on, not the new one. Now as I'm dusting away the duster sheets slip off. Now I have a little piece of tape holding them on. Sad might have to look for a different product.

What a great habit to have. I sure wish someone in my house had a dusting habit! We are so sorry you are having issues with the duster staying on the handle. How frustrating.
With the fluffy side of the duster cloth facing down, slide the prongs of the handle into the sleeve. The sleeves are open on both ends so either end will fit on the handle. Pull the cloth onto the handle until it is secured into place by the tab at the base of the handle’s prongs.
If you're already doing the above and it still won't stay in place, please let us know and we will definitely take care of this for you. Thanks!

No instruction on how to get started with Swiffer Duster kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neither the box nor the website gave any instruction on how to insert the duster into the handle. I'm taking it back to the store. It just shouldn't be this hard.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about the instructions. Before placing the duster on the handle, hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up & down quickly in a see-saw motion. Next, with the fluffy side of the duster facing down, slide the prongs of the handle into the sleeve. The sleeves are open on both ends so either end will fit on the handle. Lastly, pull the cloth onto the handle until it's secured into place by the tab at the base of the prongs. Feel free to call us at 1-800-214-8734 if we can help further.
