The dispenser does not cut the tape forcing me to use scissors - which is the only reason i purchased the dispenser in the first place.

I returned one package because it did not work correctly. I replaced it with another but it did not work much better. When you dispense the tape it was constantly making a load noise which makes you think it is not adhering properly. I have bought much better.
