Worst tape I ever used

This is the worst packing tape I've ever used. The tabs of the dispenser break off instantly and then the end of the tape goes right back on the roll. When that happens you'll never find the end. If you do find the end and peel it the tape will split and you'll pull off a splinter. When that happens toss the unused roll or you'll spend hours getting it useable again. I threw it away and grabbed a similar roll of 3M tape. What a superior product then this Staples branded garbage.

This tape is multi useful. We are consistently reaching for it. It works for packaging sealing envelopes projects displays and so many other things. Sticks well. Dispenser works. We would find it to be helpful if more than one dispenser came with the set. It usually starts well but can be hard to restart without splitting. This tape product is used by adults yout and children for just about everything! Have not found that it yellows over time which is wonderful when using for porjects and displays.

This tape is cheaper than Scotch brand but thinner and tends to split when starting the roll. This happens often as the tape falls back on the roll after every use. It’s sturdy enough to seal a box with one strip but I use a several on each end to be confident it ships well.
