To all the community, once you try this, you will never go back to the traditional way of mopping your floors. Water and a bucket is a thing from the past. I love this product. The fact that cleans my floors great and after, you can discard the dirty pad. There are other products that I tried, such as the ones that have an attach pad and after, you can wash it. Who wants to do more work. I rather use the Power mop and discard the pad. Excellent product. I will recommend this to all of you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are easy to use. They’re easy to put on and pull off. It’s Velcro there is five in a box. Depending upon how dirty your floor is, makes a difference in how many of them you use. They is do pick up dog hair.
Because they pick up the dog hair, which is good, it is good that these are disposable. It would be nice though to have some that could be thrown in the washer.

Refills are 12" and I need 14"

I just purchased refill pads and they are smaller than the ones that came with the mop. I need 14" and can only find 12". Otherwise, I do like the convenience, and 12" works but not good enough.

Pads don't stick.

Brand new power mop. There is no possibility of getting the pads included to stick to the mop by themselves. Had to resort to using rubber bands as suggested online. Great way to mark up floors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regarding the pads not sticking to the mop, make sure you're using the correct Swiffer Power Mop pads, as only those will fit properly. Check if the mop head is clean; sometimes dirt can prevent the pads from attaching. Also, Try spraying the solution, placing the pad on the mop head, and then passing the pad through the solution to create friction.
