[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased I purchased this mop. The solution was a lavender. Nice scent. The solution is easy to pop out and in. You can switch to a different scent then back again. I liked that the scent was light and didn’t linger for hours.

Lovely lavender scented Swiffer Solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiffer Power Mop Lavender Cleaning Solution smells so good. Fresh and clean like spring. It cleans and rinses surprisingly well. No sticky residue left behind. I walk barefoot on my kitchen floor after cleaning and it feels clean and smooth.

The new mop heads with extra fibers is better

I saw the refills and grabbed a box … not realizing it was for a new mop. But we tried it out on our original swiffer mop. Our kitchen has a lot of tiny grooves in the floor pattern and it makes it hard to keep the floor really clean. So I thought, maybe these extra fibers might get into the grooves better. Yes the pads are wider but that’s not a bad thing… my question is…. What is the difference between the original swiffer handle and fluid system and this new one?? Is it really worth buying the whole new system? And I hate scent A LOT…. Does the new system have an unscented option? Because I won’t buy a scented anything.

However, these mopping pads are formulated to work specifically with our PowerMop and PowerMop cleaning formula, so we cannot recommend using them with any other device, as we have not tested them for that purpose. Each PowerMop mopping pad has 300+ scrubbing strips to help remove sticky spills and daily grime from even the deepest grooves and grout, making it a perfect choice if you've ever had trouble with nooks and crannies. We don't currently offer an unscented cleaning solution at this time, however, we do understand that some people prefer no scent at all, so we'll let our team know that you'd like to see that option in the future. Cleans poorly compared to spin mop. And the cleaning solution gives me a headache - way too strong.

Replacement cleaner bottle will not fit in device.

The product worked for the first time, until we needed to replace the liquid. The genuine replacement bottle will not click into place.

We're sorry you had this experience with your Swiffer PowerMop, CorieB. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Check the silicone cap. If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps:
* Attempt to unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation.
* After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage.
* If there is no leakage, insert the bottle into the device.
* If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw it back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device.
If this procedure doesn't work, please call us at (800) 742-9220 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Great scent
