These are strong and the zipper closure does not leak. I have tried the generic bags but they would leak out of the zipper. Ziploc is very durable.

I'm trying to use less plastic bags, but when I have to - Ziploc is my go-to. They always have the most to offer, and I even wash and reuse them to make them more sustainable. I never have an issue with leaking or unsealing. They will be my go-to unless they come up with a more sustainable option.

With the pandemic I started buying in bulk when I could and would freeze items to make sure we always had protein available. These freezer bags are the best! They hills meat and juicy items really well and lie flat in the freezer. I shears have a supply of ziplocks available in our home.
