The stay open design was something new for me and it works great! As you fill the bag the bottom flattens out a bit to keep it upright.

I've never had problems with the Ziploc gallon size freezer bags until my last box. Over and over they have ripped down the side of the bag when I open it right out of the box. I hope they fix this issue.

Your bags use to be good, if not great. Please go back to what you use to do? I camp a lot, go off-roading a lot, tale-gate a lot....Left overs in a bag and in the cooler.......WHY IS THE BAG FULL OF WATER WHEN i GET HOME? You are ruining my left overs. I fill the gallon bags full of ice. When I get to where I'm going, my food that I didn't want to get wet....is all wet...... YOUR BAGS LEAK!!!! ......WHY........?????? I'll have to try others I guess...........
