[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I filled the bag with leftover hamburger meat to freeze. I like that the bag felt like it was thick and durable. The zipper for the bag was also very sturdy.

Perfectly disappointed. I put ice in a 1gam ziplock freezer bag to use as an ice bag for my 6yo daughter. After 10 min the bag leaked out of the side seam. Next freeze I simply put another bag over the first and you guessed it- 10 min later it was leaking water. Don't buy these.

I freeze bead and other items in freezer ziplock bags and remove as much air as possible. In one week ice crystals for INSIDE the bag and on food!

We have been using the large freezer bags for years to carry ice on camping trips. I always double bagged for safety in case it leaked and it never happened. The new design not only leaked through the first bag but through the second as well. I have also used the bags to freeze meats and poultry in the past and none of the bags have leaked now every bag leaks. Terrible product looking for something different. Sorry Johnson you loose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. so I tried ziploc freezer gallon bags with grip n seal technology. you can tell right off the bat that these plastic bags are tough. I also like that they close really easily. no leaking or spilling with these. the one downside is that they cost a little more then the generic ziplocs. but in the end are worth it.

I have used Ziploc brand for years- as an educator in my classroom and in my home. These new "easy to open" bags are not only NOT easy, but rip almost every time. I am so disappointed. Too bad I have so many! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT! I loved those! Why "fix it" if it wasn't "broken"!
