I recently broke my arm and an ice pak saved my sanity! The gallon bag filled 1/2 way with ice stayed locked even after I fell asleep and forgot about it. Thought I would wake up to a flood in my bed but NOPE!! Real happy with this product!

I found that even though these bags have the stay open design, they did not stand up by themselves until food was put in them. The zip seal works well and the tab makes opening the bag easy.

They are as good as I expected. It zip seals top good. Holds items good. Opening bag is also easy without reaping the top part near zip like other generic bags do. I will keep purchasing these brand bags when needed.

I've always used ziploc and i just seems like lately the quality has gotten poor. The last boxes i got did not live up to the name. its cost us more in lost food that went in the freezer and got freezer burn.

Why is it that every company with a successful product "redesigns" it so that the "improved" version is a total failure? When you open the "zip-lock" it tears the side of the bag EVERY TIME!

Good idea and concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love gallon ziplock bags! They are a necessity in my house, especially for when I marinate any meat I will be cooking during the week. These bags come with lines where you need to fold to keep it open and upright. Great concept/ idea but I found that I could do the same with the regular ziplock bags as well. They are strong, leak proof, great at holding liquids in and keep food fresh. I would definitely buy it if they are the same price as the regular ones.
