These bags are pretty hardy and do a pretty good job of keeping things fresh. We try not to keep things in the freezer for more than a few weeks to avoid freezer burn though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works as a baggie, but not so well in the freezer. Everytime I've tried to freeze food in these bags, it ends up freezer burned. You just can't vacuum seal it enough. But to hold chopped vegetables in the fridge, it works great! I prefer my Food Saver bags for the freezer.

Ziploc is the best when it comes to freezer bags. My food never gets freezer burn and is just as fresh as the day I froze it. The seal stays tight so I don't have to worry about messy leaks and loss. Try Ziploc and see if it isn't a better freezer bag.

Our family buys these my mom usually stores spaghetti sauce in the bag and freezes it. These are our go to brand for ziploc bags. Very affordable and always a pleasure to have.

Ziploc is the only brand of storage bags I will allow in my house. They are good quality, hold up well, and whether they have the pinch strip or zippers they seal tightly.
