There are always a few of these in the freezer filled with banana chunks for smoothies. There also may usually be one in there filled with cookies for when we need a treat. They seal well and protect the food.

These bags are great to store and freeze leftovers. They are convenient and you can write dates on them. I also use them to store silver jewelry to prevent tarnishing. I wish the zipper top did not break easily, but that could be my husband's fault. I recommend trying them.
