Really neat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really enjoying this new Brightwell Productivity Light! It doesn't take up a lot of space in my work area and I really appreciate that I can use it on its own sitting on my desk or that I can clip it to the side of my laptop when I want to work elsewhere. The set up was done quickly and changing between the different light modes couldn't be any easier. My favorite of the modes are the meeting light and the ambient light though my husband likes the busy light as well. The light looks nice on its own too and doesn't stick out as something that doesn't belong in my work area. I like it a lot and definitely plan to keep using it! Thank you so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving me the opportunity to try this light for free!

Great Idea needs improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this office light to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was excited to try this out and really wanted to love it but there are some issues. The look is nice and clean and the interface is easy to use. I was expecting it to be bigger. It clipped on well to my laptop but for the desktop office monitor the wire got in the way of securely hanging on. The side screen mount and the power cord are on the same side and make it difficult to put on a monitor and looks crooked. It would be better if the wire was on the opposite side or the mount could be put on both sides. There are 5 modes for this light. The meeting mode is really helpful for lighting up your face in a virtual meeting. The lighting looked really good in the camera. The focus light was soothing and pleasing to have on. The breathing light was so blue it hurt my eyes. The happy mode was nice and bright. I like that on all modes you can adjust the brightness and the warmth on a few of them. The busy signal could be useful in cubicles but if your monitor is facing the wall it would be helpful to have the mount be more versatile so you could face the busy sign facing behind you. I'm not sure if I'm more productive with the light but it does help the strain on my eyes to illuminate the room around the screen.

Great for many uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brightwell light is amazing for many uses. I work from home so lighting is very important between seeing clients all day and recording a podcast. The light has so much versatility so much so that I actually like it better than my ring light. Another benefit is the fact that the ring does not show up as a reflection in my glasses. I am in the healthcare industry so proper letting is very important. I'm not a fan of blue lights and screens and the bright well light helps counteract that. I'm really enjoying the features and looking forward to exploring everything else it has to offer. I have tested out all five modes and can find benefits and uses with all of them. I tend to like warmer lights so those are my favorite. I received this product as a part of the Stellar testing panel.

Effective portable lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light has some pros and cons and could be great depending on what you need it for. It is super lightweight and easy to slip in a bag and take around but some sturdiness is sacrificed to keep it light. The laptop/monitor mounting feature felt a little loose (though I understand it needs to be compatible with any screen). It was fine on my desktop monitor but I needed to be careful to make sure my laptop screen didn’t get bumped. It was decently bright for lighting myself for videoconferences/video recording and I liked the warmer light setting. As far as I could tell my mood was unaffected by the different mood settings but maybe I didn’t spend enough time with those on. The buttons for selecting lights were also sensitive but not a big deal after I found my setting and arrangement. I liked that it came with an adapter to use with either USB-C or USB-A ports and didn’t realize it needed to remain plugged in to work (it does not have an internal battery/cannot be used when unplugged) so some maneuvering may be needed to get the cable out of the way. The “Busy” light was fun to use at the office though it ended up prompting more conversations with coworkers about the “Busy” light (“Haha that’s neat! I should get one of those!”) rather than warding visitors away. Overall I liked this light for the portability and felt it did well to get good lighting for video calls. It works for me since I am on the move a lot with my work laptop but I can see someone desiring a more sturdy light for more permanent setups. Very sleek and works well

It fits perfectly on my desk without taking up too much space and the clean lines and minimalist aesthetic blend nicely with any workspace setup. It’s both stylish and functional—a rare combo that elevates the overall look of my work area. One of the standout features of this light is its five different lighting modes. Each one offers a distinct color temperature and brightness level catering to various needs throughout the day. Personally I found the “Focus” mode to be the most beneficial. It provided a crisp cool light that kept me alert and sharp during long stretches of work. The “Relax” mode was also a favorite during breaks offering a softer warmer glow that helped me wind down without straining my eyes. Productivity-wise this lamp made a noticeable difference. The adjustable brightness and modes allowed me to tailor the lighting to match my energy levels and tasks—from powering through spreadsheets to reading documents in the evening. It minimized eye fatigue and helped me maintain better focus especially during late-night sessions. What I liked most about the Brightwell Light was its intuitive touch controls and flexibility. The adjustable arm and head made it easy to direct light exactly where I needed it and the controls were responsive and easy to use. The quality of the light itself—flicker-free and evenly diffused—really sets it apart from other desk lamps I’ve used. Overall the Brightwell Light is a thoughtfully designed high-performance addition to any workspace. It’s made a noticeable impact on both the aesthetics of my desk and the quality of my workday. Busy yet focused

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a student who is also a mom and a business owner staying focused can be rough. The Brightwell Light has helped so much because I use it as a focus timer and as a “status indicator” for my family. If the busy light is on everyone knows that I need to be super focused so unless it’s an emergency leave me alone haha…no seriously. The focus mode is my favorite because the gentle movements of light work as a reminder to myself to stay on task. I also love the breathing mode for when I first sit down to ground myself and settle into work time. Fun Productivity Device

Also the lighting is very helpful during video calls especially when you’re in low light. The breathing mode and the focus mode are also great and they helped me concentrate and feel relaxed. The 5 different color settings help to set the mood and it is a very user friendly product. The clip helps to secure the light anywhere you want. Even can be used for reading at night.
