Portable Meeting and Productivity Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brightwell Light I received from the Stellar Product Testing Panel has been extremely helpful for video calls as I work from home. The working light mode is very flattering by reducing shadows and helping to present a polished and professional look. I have also enjoyed using the focus light mode and the colors help keep me on task. I do not have much use for the busy light but could see how it would be helpful in an office. The light itself is easy to use as it plugs in directly to your computer. It is easy to set up on multiple surfaces. It has a mount for your monitor for video calls or can be used as a stand on your desk which simply attaches to the back of the light for storage. Overall I would highly recommend for anyone working from home or that takes multiple video calls per day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brightwell desk light has quickly become one of my favorite additions to my workspace. It combines functionality with a touch of ambiance that truly enhances my daily routine. One of its standout features is the variety of light settings. From crisp bright light for focused work sessions to softer warmer tones for a more relaxed vibe it adapts perfectly to different moods and tasks. The pulsing breathwork light has been a surprising favorite — it’s calming without being distracting and helps me take much-needed mental breaks throughout the day. Another great feature is the relaxing aura lights. They add a subtle glow that makes my desk feel more inviting especially during late-night work sessions or early morning starts. The built-in quick touch on/off BUSY sign is clever and convenient — it’s a great way to signal “do not disturb” during calls or deep work though its effectiveness can vary depending on where you mount the light. The only downside and it’s a small one is that the light must remain plugged in at all times. I would’ve preferred a wireless or rechargeable option to keep my desk a bit tidier and avoid having yet another cord in the mix. Still despite this one limitation the Brightwell desk light is an excellent tool for anyone looking to boost productivity while creating a more mindful personalized workspace. Very Cool Concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this light as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and previously didn’t know much about productivity lighting. I use a ring light for online meetings but otherwise had never really considered the lighting in my home office. I read through the manual and made sure I was using the right lighting at the right times and I do feel like it made me more productive although I was also more aware of my work since I was using the light. (Regardless more productive is more productive!) I love that the light has a stand and also a monitor clip which gave me options for where to place it. The pill shape is sleek and cute so it fits in with my office decor (much better than my ugly ring light). It’s super easy to operate and the manual explains when to use each setting. I liked the productivity mode best but also used the meeting mode often for meetings and I like the “ritual” of changing from meeting to productivity because it helped me change my mindset between work functions. I travel for work and I like the compact size because I can easily toss this into my bag and bring it with me and it doesn’t take up much space.

Brightwell Productivity Light

This Brightwell Productivity light has 5 modes such as a relax feature and a conference feature. The light is bright and lightweight and the buttons are pretty intuitive to use. I personally like the "Focus Light" as it is calming during the work day. I gave this three starts because a) I could not get it to mount on my laptop computer in a secure way (had to use the kickstand version) b) it only works if it's plugged in (a chargeable option would be nice for less cords around my computer space and c) the warm/cool feature was not working on my product.

Effective portable lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light has some pros and cons and could be great depending on what you need it for. It is super lightweight and easy to slip in a bag and take around but some sturdiness is sacrificed to keep it light. The laptop/monitor mounting feature felt a little loose (though I understand it needs to be compatible with any screen). It was fine on my desktop monitor but I needed to be careful to make sure my laptop screen didn’t get bumped. It was decently bright for lighting myself for videoconferences/video recording and I liked the warmer light setting. As far as I could tell my mood was unaffected by the different mood settings but maybe I didn’t spend enough time with those on. The buttons for selecting lights were also sensitive but not a big deal after I found my setting and arrangement. I liked that it came with an adapter to use with either USB-C or USB-A ports and didn’t realize it needed to remain plugged in to work (it does not have an internal battery/cannot be used when unplugged) so some maneuvering may be needed to get the cable out of the way. The “Busy” light was fun to use at the office though it ended up prompting more conversations with coworkers about the “Busy” light (“Haha that’s neat! I should get one of those!”) rather than warding visitors away. Overall I liked this light for the portability and felt it did well to get good lighting for video calls. It works for me since I am on the move a lot with my work laptop but I can see someone desiring a more sturdy light for more permanent setups. Really neat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really enjoying this new Brightwell Productivity Light! It doesn't take up a lot of space in my work area and I really appreciate that I can use it on its own sitting on my desk or that I can clip it to the side of my laptop when I want to work elsewhere. The set up was done quickly and changing between the different light modes couldn't be any easier. My favorite of the modes are the meeting light and the ambient light though my husband likes the busy light as well. The light looks nice on its own too and doesn't stick out as something that doesn't belong in my work area. I like it a lot and definitely plan to keep using it! Thank you so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving me the opportunity to try this light for free!

Great Idea needs improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this office light to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was excited to try this out and really wanted to love it but there are some issues. The look is nice and clean and the interface is easy to use. I was expecting it to be bigger. It clipped on well to my laptop but for the desktop office monitor the wire got in the way of securely hanging on. The side screen mount and the power cord are on the same side and make it difficult to put on a monitor and looks crooked. It would be better if the wire was on the opposite side or the mount could be put on both sides. There are 5 modes for this light. The meeting mode is really helpful for lighting up your face in a virtual meeting. The lighting looked really good in the camera. The focus light was soothing and pleasing to have on. The breathing light was so blue it hurt my eyes. The happy mode was nice and bright. I like that on all modes you can adjust the brightness and the warmth on a few of them. The busy signal could be useful in cubicles but if your monitor is facing the wall it would be helpful to have the mount be more versatile so you could face the busy sign facing behind you. I'm not sure if I'm more productive with the light but it does help the strain on my eyes to illuminate the room around the screen.

This light offers five distinct modes: Meeting Focus Happy Breathing and Busy each tailored to different work scenarios. My personal favorite is the Focus mode which provides up to 10 000 LUX brightness—perfect for tasks that require intense concentration. The Breathing mode is also noteworthy offering guided breathing to reduce stress and improve focus. Since incorporating this lamp into my daily routine I've noticed a significant improvement in my productivity.
