So many awesome used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely adore my Brightwell light and the extensive range of settings it offers. The busy feature has truly transformed my workspace; it not only enhances my productivity but also serves as a clear signal to others that I am focused and should not be disturbed. My favorite setting however is the ambient lighting. The soft calming hues create a serene atmosphere that allows me to immerse myself in my tasks fostering a deeper sense of concentration and relaxation. I find that these soothing colors help me achieve a state of flow making my work sessions more enjoyable and efficient. This is such a fantastic addition to my workspace!

Useful in certain situations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brightwell light is not only neat but can also be used multifunctional throughout the day. The different features that it has can make it neat for even kids to use when they are reading or wanting to have fun with different light settings. I find that the busy light to be very cartoonish. The multicolored light is my favorite because I think it looks cool! I do find it to be almost like it’s a child’s device and not a productivity device. I think a small little red light would have done just as well. I tested out the different functions and I’m not sure if they fully do work to the capacity they say they do. But they are a nice feature to have when you are working on your computer. Like I said I think this is more of a fun device than a functional device. I can’t say I would suggest it that it will help with your productivity. However I think it’s something that you can test out for yourself so it’s more of a per person situation. It was super easy to use and switch between the different features and the pamphlet it is very helpful and explaining what each of them do and how to adjust the settings. I think it’s also a good size for travel to slip it into your backpack or purse and like I said worst case scenario you can use it as a reading light. Overall I would say it’s fun to use! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Mighty Multifunctional Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this light for participating in the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The light is small and compact. It can be used as a laptop light or just a light in general. There are 5 different modes and a BUSY function. The modes are dimmable and can be adjusted to be ultra bright or low lighting. The modes are: Happy which is blindingly bright! Breathing which is blue Meeting which is a warm light Flower 1 which is pink and purple rainbow and Flower 2 which is a rippling rainbow. The BUSY function is really nice if you’re using the clip to attach the light to your laptop or monitor. My teenagers loved this function while they were doing homework. Or trying avoid chores. The light is great for computer use but also really great as just a light general. The color modes are calming and help you focus if you need to crank some work out or just have quiet time. I would suggest this light students and remote workers as a tool to stay focused and to add a little cheer to the day.

Light Up Your Workday

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I was very pleased with the product. I had at least 5 people stop in and ask about it the first week I had it up on my desk. It doesn't take up a lot of space and has a sleek design. I like using the video call mode to provide better lighting during meetings. The breathing and focus modes were both helpful to have on in the background giving off a soothing vibe. The Busy button wasn't as much use to me as I have an office and the back of the device faces a wall but I understand how it would appeal to a cubicle worker. My only issue with the device is that I couldn't figure out how to make the clamp work and keep it on my monitor without falling off. I won't rule out operator error but it didn't seem intuitive. I ultimately just set it in stand up mode on my desk and that worked fine for my purposes. All in I was very pleased with the device and it has been a welcome addition to my desk.

No More Guessing if I am Busy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the TruRed Brightwell 5 in 1 Productivity Light from Stellar Product Testing Panel. When I opened the package I was very curious what this neat little light could do. The light itself is very compact lightweight and easily could fit into any backpack or laptop case. The light plugs directly to your computer via a 1 meter USB-C to USB-C adapter which comes with a bonus USB A adapter if your computer is a little older like mine is. Not dealing with batteries nice but I do wish it came with an internal rechargeable battery to free up one of the limited USB ports I have on my laptop. The kickstand that you use to clip it to your computer can be positioned horizontally or vertically. Horizontal felt easiest to clip on the back of my laptop which is where I preferred to have the light positioned. You could also use the light independently and sit right on the desk using the kickstand in the vertical slot. The clip itself felt very sturdy when inserted snuggly into the slot but it is not spring activated so it just kind of sits on the ledge of the screen. It did not feel very secure at all. If you move the screen it could possibly fall off. This proved problematic when I wanted to change settings. You need to remove it from the screen change your settings and then place it back on the screen. You will just end up knocking it off if you try to change settings while its sitting on the computer screen ledge. As far as the lighting features go there are 5. The 5 features are: Meeting Light Busy Light Happy Light Focus Light and a Breathing Light. I used the Meeting Light and the Busy light the most. The Meeting light did a great job of luminating my face while in remote meetings. It has adjustable temperature and brightness settings so you can get the lighting just right. The Busy light was a convenient way to show those around me I was busy without them having to ask. I did not use the other lights as much but I could see how they could be useful when you just need to take a break. The happy light is pretty bright and can be lowered two levels. It also starts a one hour timer which counts down by 10 minutes and can be seen by the green indicators on the front. The focus mode and breathing mode are neat features. The Focus mode really gives a nice focal point to take a moment in your tasks to think. There is a lighter happier mode which is pinks and yellows and a second mode which toggles between green pink yellow orange and blues. Dont get caught mesmerized in this setting! Breathing mode pulsates a blue color which is a nice coach to breath in hold and breath out. Especially nice on those stressful days. I think this is a very handy light to have especially if you work in an office setting with frequent remote meetings. The other features are nice to have but I do not see myself using them as often as the meeting and busy light.

I am BUSY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Brightwell Light as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This light is off white in color and oval or rounded rectangular shape. It comes in 3 pieces: the light the stand and the 3 Ft double ended usb c cord with a usb an attachment. This needs to be plugged into the computer in order for it to work. It’s easy to put together right out of the box. The stand can be used in 2 different areas of the light making it portrait or landscape positions. When it is in portrait position it reminds me of a studio microphone at a radio station. So what I immediately liked about the Brightwell Light is the huge red BUSY sign on the back of the product. When my children asked me a question while I was setting this up the lamp they saw the BUSY light on and walked away. That part is fantastic. While using zoom the meeting light mode brighten up my face while talking to my zen master. I really like the blue Breathing Light that helps with box breathing. The bright Happy Light is very bright which can be toned down with the + - button on the side and has a timer to it. The Focus Light is reminds me of a lava lamp with the option of warm or cool colors moving in an organic way. The timer on the Happy Light kept me focused when I needed to block time and get my notes done. I can’t say enough how the BUSY Light just makes me happy. It’s the best way to say “do not disturb” while on a call or doing notes. Or perhaps doing nothing at all because I am busy doing that.

Small but Mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Brightwell Light to test as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. While the design of this light is small the light capabilities are mighty! As a remote worker with limited desk space I love that I can either stand it up on my desk or hang it from my computer. I also love that the brightness can be adjusted. Hands down my favorite feature is the "lava lamp" setting--it makes me happy when I have it on next to me while I work. I do wish the clip for the top of my monitor was a little more flexible as the light is a bit wobbly on top of my monitor. I also wish the light could be chargeable or contain batteries so that I do not have to find a plug for it each time I want to use it. Would I have purchased this light before testing it? Probably not. Do I love it now that I have it? Absolutely!

i have been looking for a small desk light for the dim corner of my desk when the overhead lights are off. This is the 3rd light i have tried and its perfect! The different settings and adjustable brightness are amazing. The busy signal is a cherry on top! I wish it was rechargeable and had a better stand. its great when you get it balanced but falls easily. Please continue to improve this light!
