Need to return it for a refund

I've been using Palmolive to wash dishes, pots, etc for a long time now. But just bought a new bottle of the ultra originally scent and it just too over powering. The smell is just awful! No matter how much I rinse the dishes, they still stink. I will definitely need to find a replacement dish washing detergent.
Cons: Strong Odor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smells like vomit.

This will be going back to the store. Just hope I can find an alternative product without an added 'smell'.

Hello new scent; goodbye Palmolive

Both my wife and I grew up in households that used Palmolive, so we have nostalgic memories of the deep green color and clean smell. Even though we had both used a certain competitor's product in our more rebellious days, and agree that it works better, we have been using Palmolive throughout our 25 years of married life for the nostalgia. Now that the smell has been replaced with that of gumballs, we will be leaving Palmolive to days gone by.
Pros: Attractive, Easy On Skin, Good Dispenser
Cons: Strong Odor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sad Original is gone

Very upset that the original scent and liquid is gone. Sad to say I'll be moving on unless it comes back.

I don't like the new Palmolive Ultra

I have been using original Palmolive for over 30 years & all of a sudden it isn't available anymore, that makes me very sad. I tried the new ultra & I don't like it, it is harsh on my hands & I don't like the smell. So I tried the pure + clear & I don't like that either. Why would you change the original that has been around that long. I kept looking thinking they have to have it but no luck. I just now decided to check online & found out it isn't available. If I had known that I would of bought a bunch so I wouldn't run out for a long time. I am very disappointed, I will find a different dish soap.

Long time user but not anymore

I have been using this dish detergent for over 10 years. When I opened the most recent bottle, I noticed that is had a very strong fruity smell. As I was using it, I found that the smell began to irritate my nose and caused me to sneeze frequently. Then I noticed that the labeling indicated New and Max Power. It seems to me that you went ahead and "improved" the product when is did not need improvement. I can't stand it when companies make changes for the sake of calling their product new. As a result, I will no longer buy this product

Extremely Disappointed

I have been a Palmolive (original scent) customer for my whole adult life. I am so disappointed with the new scent. It totally takes over my kitchen and overpowers any yummy food smells. If you are eating and someone decides to soak a pan, your meal is ruined with this scent. We quickly tried the other scents but all were too overpowering. I loved using the same dish soap my grandma did but now I'm on a sad search for something new. I even spent $15 on an essential oils dish soap because I was so desperate.

I wouldn't buy this product again

I'm not sure what ingredients you have added to Palmolive Ultra Strength but it makes my hands very dry. I can't use other products because they dry my hands out terribly. I usually use the regular Palmolive and have not had a problem. I purchased the Palmolive Ultra Strength and started using it. After using the new Palmolive my hands became so dry and started to crack. Needless to say, I will be going back to the regular Palmolive. I hope they still sell it!
