Why so strong? The odor is terrible. Any plastic cups or dishes retain the odor from this dish soap. I gave it to my husband to wash his cars. Sorry , I do not like it or will I ever buy this again.

I will be switching to another brand!

Why would you change the original scent that we have used for decades? The old scent was wonderful, the new scent is horrible!!! I will now be switching brands.

Hello new scent; goodbye Palmolive

Both my wife and I grew up in households that used Palmolive, so we have nostalgic memories of the deep green color and clean smell. Even though we had both used a certain competitor's product in our more rebellious days, and agree that it works better, we have been using Palmolive throughout our 25 years of married life for the nostalgia. Now that the smell has been replaced with that of gumballs, we will be leaving Palmolive to days gone by.
Pros: Attractive, Easy On Skin, Good Dispenser
Cons: Strong Odor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't buy this again until the original scent returns

I've used Palmolive for 50 years but will no longer buy it unless the scent is improved. I agree with the other reviewers - this new scent is sickening.

Horrible, I mean horrible new scent!

Been using Palmolive Original Green for many years, I have always loved it. This new scent is absolutely horrible. Just down right stinks! I would like to see the "original" come back, or I'm going to have to find another brand.

new smell is not pleasant

I have been using regular Palmolive for years and years, probably 20 or more. Recently the fragrance has changed and I really dislike it - it's really strong and perfumy - you can literally smell the soap in the next room, it's terrible. It used to smell clean and fresh and now I feel like I'm washing my dishes in perfume. Please change it back or provide a choice to consumers to use the original fragrance. Otherwise I'm definitely going to change brands.

Original "green" Palmolive always been my "go to" dishwashing liquid. Good cleaning power, love original scent. Definitely don't like new scent. May have to switch to another product.

New Scent Stinks!!!

I have used Palmolive for years. It works well and smells good in the kitchen. The new Ultra Strength just plain stinks! Come on, with eight or nine different types of dish soap can't you just leave the original alone. If the original scent is no longer available, I'm changing products!
