[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try this for free with House Party. I had used Palmolive in the past, but it wasn't usually my go-to dish soap. But I really liked it! It smelled great, cleaned well, and didn't wreck my hands afterwards. Talking to my friends at the House Party, they actually already used it, and were excited about the coupons. Two of my friends have sensitive skin, especially on their hands, and said that Palmolive is the only dish soap they can use. 5 stars!

LOVE the new scent!

I LOVE the new scent!! I was surprised when I opened my new bottle a few weeks ago. It smells like Downey Fabric Softener to me and every time I use it I say how much I love this new scent. Thank you for the wonderful change in smell yet leaving the fabulous grease cutting properties and the ability to keep our hands soft.
Pros: Easy On Skin, Pleasant Smell

I didnt have to soak the dish and it came clean right away. very effective and left my hands feeling smooth - reminds me of the classis but elevated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about Palmolive Ultra Strength was the pleasant scent. the next was how well it cleaned my dirty dishes. Palmolive Ultra Strength has made its place as number one in my kitchen. I was impressed with how easily it cleaned, how efficiently and how quickly it got the job done. I was equally impressed that I didn't come out with pruned hands as Palmolive was so gentle on my hands. All in all, I will definitely be adding Palmolive to my shopping list and recommending it to anyone who will listen! It isn't ever day that we find simple products that make our life easier!

Lousy new formula

I purchased a bottle as well as a replacement jug of soap. This was the newly 200% degreaser. I am truly disappointed with this new product. The first time I used it the new smell was overwhelmingly chemical and it dried out and burnt my skin. It hasn’t recovered since yesterday. This new formula is far too caustic for every day household use. I for one will no longer be purchasing this product from
Palmolive for this reason. I also find it hugely inconvenient to use the product in a household as it’s so caustic you need to to wear gouges every time you wash a dish which is highly inconvenient. I liked the previous formula. It really cleaned my kitchen well, wasn’t hard on my hands and I could wash a quick dish. Not the case with the new formula. It stinks! Whoever came up and approved it didn’t really understand his folks do dishes. Not all of us use dishwashers. As a matter of fact many don’t.

My family has used Palmolive products for over 60 years and I will have to hunt for a different product. Shame on this company.

TOO MUCH SCENT!

Over the years the scent of Palmolive has gotten stronger and stronger. I recently needed to switch my current dish soap, so I decided to give it another try. Not only is the scent still super strong, but it has changed to a fruity scent. It's okay at doing dishes and cutting grease, but I gag everytime I use it, and the scent stays on my dishes and glasses.
