Happy Kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that Bic has came up with the greatest pencils for kids ever!! My kids love to write now and they love the colors and how easy it is to erase a mistake without a sloppy mess. My kids no longer complain that their fingers hurt thanks to the awesome grip. Getting them free was awesome. I am a very pleased mother now that I don't have to argue to get homework writing assignments done. I suggest buying these great pencils instead of anything else. Highly reccomend ASAP!!

These are GREAT pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls LOVE these BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils. They both like using mechanical pencils in school, but got frustrated last year with how often their pencils broke and ran out of lead. They have been using these BIC Velocity pencils for two weeks and they both agree they are the best pencils they have ever used. They write very smoothly and don't break easily, saving both lead and time. These will be the only pencils our family purchases from here on out.

Automatic pencils work great

Two broken pencils

Great For Lefties

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is left handed and will only use mechanical pencils. That being said, she refuses to use a cheap brand. When a left handed person writes, their hand drags over their paper and the words they just wrote can smear badly. My daughter has used many different brands over the years and BIC is by far the best, left hands down!

Great Pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are one of the best pencil i have used yet! This pencil allows for accurate and smooth strokes. It was pleasant and comfortable using this pencil because it has a pencil grip which helps me write easier. Overall I would buy again!

Love Bic pencils

Perfect timing for this Bzz campaign!! My son loves them. He says they are easy to write with them and when erasing , they erase good. I like that they seem to write a little darker because he tends to write softly and it was harder to see his writing last year.
I like that there are extra lead and erasers in pack.
Will continue to buy BIC products!!

Pencil in pen's clothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clearly easily mistaken for a pen, this mechanical pencil has a few bells and whistles that sets it apart from others. Especially with the array of 5 bright colors , kids are drawn it the package on the shelves thinking I'm sure that it's some cool color gel pens. Well after trying the Pencils, I'll say that once you get over the "I thought it was a pen" moment, you're not going to be disappointed .
It even writes like a pen in terms of smoothness. The point is very fine and even looks like a ball point pen.
My daughter really likes the grooved rubber cushioning, she said it wasn't bulky like on some pens and also not squishy, rubbery or gimmicky. I agree, it's functional. It's also easy to remove the rubber grip if you want a more traditional feel and it's not uncomfortable without it either.
The eraser cleans writing completely and it has the it's own little clear plastic cap, I guess to protect it from getting dirty . I've never seen this type of cap on anew eraser before, I kept forgetting to remove it and promised myself I'd remember the next time .
The refillable points are easy to install it love how strong they are. It was really nice to have extra erasers included for each pencil too, in fact I think it's very smart idea.
