Really enjoying Bic Velocity mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The more I use the Bic Velocity mechanical pencil, the more I like it. I like that the lead is thicker than a lot of mechanical pencils. The lead is closer to that of a standard pencil but more comfort for your hand, making better for writing for longer periods of time. It's great that in each pack many extra erasers are included as well as extra lead! I would rate 5 stars if the eraser was not the part you push to extend the lead. We are very happy with the Bic Velocity. Thanks to bzzagent we received these for free to review through Bic. We will be purchasing in the future.

What a good pencil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the best pencil that BIC has made to date! My daughter expressed it in their picture. Smooth writing like it advertises. The lead is thick and strong. It has a squeaky clean eraser and bright and eye-catching colors. Great grip as well. I highly recommend these pencils.

Makes you want to write

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never held a pencil that felt so smooth and wrote so nice. This was the one that changed my writing forever. The pencil colors are appealing. The erasers are the cleanest. My middle school kids actually fought over who got to take them to school for the first day.

Bic Did tTe Trick!

They kept pressing the top of the pencil because it was so much fun to click it. this of course made the lead too long and the tip would break off. The eraser was awesome because it erased so cleanly. The kids liked the cover on it also, but they think they will lose it . They wish the ink was a little thicker & wrote a little darker. The only downfall they all see is having to replace the led and eraser, but then again that is what mechanical pencils are all about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the best thing I like about the Bic mechanical pencils is that the leg is darker than other regular mechanical pencil and it is break resistant those are the two main factors that really truly to this mechanical pencil and all the fun colors to choose from it also has a great soft grip and my children really love to draw they are very creative and I encourage them to do so and when they got their pencils they both pick their favorite colors and started to draw they're having a lot of fun drawing and being creative so I personally would recommend. the BICvelocity mechanical pencils

Writing just got a lot cooler!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New Bic Velocity pencils are making teachers everywhere breathe a sigh of relief. Gone are the sloppy, lead smudged assignments, these pencils are nothing but smooth and sleek writing. They are heavy duty and I love the precision writing experience I get with the retractable tip. It makes it feel more like a pen, only its better because it's a pencil and its erasable! The soft grip makes it a breeze to write those long essays with the utmost comfort. And push as hard as you might, this lead seems almost indestructible. The only complaint I have is the eraser smears the pencil mark rather than erases it so you have to go over it numerous times to get a good, clean page. Other than that I felt as though this is by far superior to any other mechanical pencil I've ever used. My five year old even told me how much he enjoyed drawing with it. All this and fun, fashionable colors make your writing experience superbly satisfying!

Pens my kids love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know my sons love these pencils they come home everyday from school and when they shower and I get their dirty clothes I find 5 bit High Velocity pencils in their pockets so I know that they love them because they always carry them on them wonderful pencils the lad is very thick it doesn't break and I love how there was different varieties of colors of LED for them to use when I was on the Hunts all over town trying to find red black and blue LED pencils and instead they got these wonderful pencils all the colors that they need rolled into one absolutely wonderful pencil writes with such Precision I would highly recommend these mechanical pencils to any mother of children that are required to meet them for their grade in School

Great product, dark writing is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't like mechanical pencils. They are hard to refill and they don't write very well. However, BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils have converted me. I loved how they wrote, the lead was dark and the writing was very clear. I was impressed and that does not happen very often.
I had my children use them and according to them, they liked them because, "I always have a sharp pencil now."
