Great and Cool Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best mechanical pencils I have tried. They write smoothly and erased everything completely. With other pencils the lead breaks right away but with these, the leads are strong and the eraser too. My kids loved them so much that they are ready to start using them with their homework soon.

BIC Velocity Pure Mechanical Genius

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are not only great for kids,but adults too. I love how smooth it writes. The lead is thick and dark,and erases smoothly as well. I Didn't have any issues with the lead breaking while my kids and I were writing or drawing.I love that the pencils come in colors suitable for a boy or girl. The fact that they come with extra lead and extra erasers is awesome.The gel grips make a t feel like a pen. Overall I am very impressed and will be buying these for back to school!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my kid's found that the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils was part of their school supplies for the new year each was amazingly excited and happy! Therefore, I have a 10th grader, 8th grader, and 7th grader; which I asked each what they liked about the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. Furthermore, each stated how the pencils are comfortable to use as they are writing, having no smudges after erasing a mistake, having extra erasers and lead, and most importantly, each stated loving the vibrant colors of pencils that come in each package of pencils.

My son and his friends love the colors and that they come with extra lead and erasers. The lead is strong. You don't have to worry about pushing too hard. They can't wait to go to school and use them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils! The colors are bright and pretty, the grip is comfortable, the lead writes smoothly and they are just a great sight to have on my desk. I cannot wait until my kids start school and can use these. I also love that the barrels of the pencil are the same color as the pencil theme. Most mechanical pencils that are clear body have the simple black or white barrel, which does not appeal to the eye but the BIC® Velocity® Pencils just look so cute! And the lead/eraser holder is one, you do not have to have two separate cases for each. You can just buy the refills and add them to this lil case, not ever having to lose one or the other.

Loving these pencils!

This is probably a ridiculous reason to be so excited about these pencils, but I was so excited I decided to write a BzzReview about it. I tossed a couple of the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils in my purse the other day (My son is attempting to bogart them all - I'm not letting him), and I needed a pencil to start writing out the marketing list. So, I grabbed my purse (while my husband was offering me his pencil that he always has), and I grabbed my purse and opened it - and the pencil was RIGHT THERE, and I could tell exactly where it was because of the beautiful, lovely, bright color (I was so excited.). One quick click, and I was ready to go, and ready to write - I didn't have to mess around with getting the right point of lead out, with worrying with the eraser or the handhold, or anything, really - just pull it out, click, and I was ready to go. That's AMAZING for me. So, I'm definitely a fan.

Perfect for Students and Artists

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that I noticed about the velocity pencils was the bright, fun and vibrant colors. The second thing I noticed was that they have an eraser. Yes, finally! The Bic Velocity pencils also come with replacement lead and replacement erasers! I have not typically found a mechanical pencil that comes with both replacement lead and erasers until now.
The pencils are great for writing and artwork.
My husband is an artist so I asked it to try them out. He was really impressed,
He said pencil gives you a smooth and fluid motion it does not drag at all.
These pencils would be a great addition to an artists tools who enjoy sketching or drawing.
