[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls have been back to school for a week now, and have been using these pencils on a daily basis. They love how they feel in their hands, and said it seems to actually glide easily over the paper! They definitely have become fans of BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is great, as is that the 5 pack comes with extra lead & erasers! My kids were very excited when they saw these & couldn't wait to open them up & add them to their school gear arsenal. They've been using the pencils for a solid week now, & still like them. The lead seems stronger than the lead in other mechanical pencils, so it doesn't break often at all. Plus the grip is very nice - almost like a pen & definitely very substantial feeling in your hand. All in all, these are great pencils!

They have a bunch of different colors and my girls ABSOLUTELY love them! They have been using them for school... For home.... And just to doodle. My youngest usually doesn't like these types of pencils because the lead is thin sometimes but these are PERFECT! This is something I have already recommended to friends and family and have let them know that I received these at no cost in exchange for my honest opinion from bzz agent! These pencils are something we will continue to purchase whenever pencils are needed because they are great and the lead lasts a long time even after continuous writing!

The kids like BIC Velocity, and so does Mom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kids have enjoyed using the new BIC Velocity pencils. They write smoother and darker than other pencils and the lead seems stronger.Due to my own eye problems, I like that they write darker, as it is much easier for me to check homework! Our son recently wrote an article on why he believes in standing for the National Anthem , and I read it easily, without straining my eyes! . The kids say the erasers work well, and they like the bright colors of the barrels. My son says it is easier to write with than a regular pencil because of the shape.

Schools in session with Bic Velocity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not one to usually use a mechanical pencil, but I found the Bic Velocity to be a great product. Other mechanical pencils (we have tried anything from store brands to Pentel to papermate ) do not write very dark and sometimes squeak when writing which sends chills down my spine. Other brands seem to break easily as well. Bic Velocity has a smooth, strong lead with minimal breakage and a great eraser. Other erasers just smear the marks around on the paper or it doesn't do a great job getting rid of the marks at all. Bic Velocity seemed to do the trick! Erasing marks couldn't be easier. It doesn't tear the paper or smear the writing! Just click, write and erase! My kids enjoyed the comfort grip and the bold colors. They both have quite a stash of mechanical pencils, but when they saw these, they had to grab a few to add to their collection. They were both impressed with how smoothly they write and wanted to get more!
