Great Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were super excited to get their new #BICVelocity pencils and pick their favorite colors. I was very surprised at how strong the lead is. The pencils write very smooth and with the lead being strong there is less breakage which saves money since I don't have to buy as much lead. #GotItFree

LOVE these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave both of my sons one of the BIC velocity mechanical pencils when school started. They go through so many pencils I honestly thought I would never see them again and they would not have them long enough to tell me what they thought. Boy was I wrong. 5 weeks later both boys still have the pencils. They love the way they write and they are so sturdy that they have not broken yet. Usually the plastic is broken within days. They both said the lead writes very smoothly. The reason they like them so much is because they said the lead doesn't continually break like it does with many mechanical pencils.

BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils work really well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both of my kiddos have loved using the BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils for back to school. We've been back in school for three weeks now and can't say enough good things about these pencils! My kids have told me that these are their new favorite mechanical pencils and only want me to get these from now on. We've gone thru the lead like crazy as my younger daughter is an artist and is using them to sketch with. She also likes using them for her school work and all of her homework. They really do erase cleanly and the lead is a nice sharp color that shows up well. I am happy to have gotten the opportunity to share these with my kids. They are better than the other pencils that are out there from the lead to the eraser. My kids like being able to pick their favorite color out of them. They are proud to carry these around and school since they look like such a nice mechanical pencil. We will definitely buy more of these if they ever wear out. I'm definitely going to keep them stocked up with the lead. I loved how extra lead came with them. Great Pencils!

My New Favorite Pencils!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils to try for free from BzzAgent. These pencils are amazing! They write extremely smoothly and are very comfortable to hold. We homeschool and so we go through pencils like crazy! All 4 of my kids loved switching to these pencils. The included extra lead and erasers was a huge bonus. The only problem we had with them was the clip breaking off, but that doesn't really affect the pencil's use at all for us.

Great for back to school...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best pencils I have tried. It writes smooth and dark which is better than standard #2 pencils. I like how the eraser is covered so it doesn't get dirty in the pencil bag. I also like the soft grip that helps hold the pencil the right way and write smoothly. Love how colorful they are. The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't erase as clean as I wanted it to, that's why I gave it 4 stars. I would maybe think the target audience would be college kids.
