The best lead pencils ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so amazed at BIC Velocity mechanical pencils. We switched our pencils out in our classroom. We have less lead breaking, and more time on task rather than switching out pencils. The students love the cool colors and I love the clean eraser marks. No more holes in the paper, BIC makes school work easy. I have enjoyed testing this product in my classroom.

Perfect for writting notes!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIC Velocity mechanical pencils are the perfect because they are so light to write with. I take down lots of notes and there are some pencils out there that just feel heavy to write with. When I get stressed in my previous nursing classes I tend to press down really hard. Luckly wuth my BIC velocity mechanical pencils it's a simple click and I can continue writing. I love the wide variety of colors that you can choose from as well. Depending on my mood that day that tends to be the color I pick for school. I love that you can keep the eraser nice and clean with the little clear top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter really loves the bic velocity. She says they are much better than having to constantly sharpen pencils which in her words is embarrassing to do (sharpen pencils) in the middle of class. Maybe it will help sharpen her grade

writes smoothly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite part of the BIC Velocity mechanical pencil is that they write very smoothly. There is no drag. The lead that came with the pencil is strong. It does not break. This can sometimes be a problem with cheaper lead. While these may seem like a nuisance for some. It is a real issue since I use a pencil all day for my career as a CPA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh, back to school time. New clothes, backpacks, and most importantly new school supplies! One of the newest supplies for my kids was the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. Not only were the colors great, the packaging was cool too. Very easy to find in major retailers everywhere at a decent price. After a week of use, my kids raved about these pencils. They both loved how they wrote, as well as how they erased (which they do a lot of during the day). They said the pencils wrote much smoother than other mechanical pencils they have used in the past. They also liked the softer grip, which is important since my son holds on to his pencil very tightly when he writes. This is a great product that kids will enjoy using and the price is right for parents!

Twin pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have twins boys who just started 11th grade this year. I let them pick out their color and one chose blue and the other chose orange. They have been using them and they have had no problems with them. They didn't understand why there was a clear cap on the eraser, but they just took it off. They like the way the pencils write.
