BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was greatly surprised to see BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils came with extra erasers! That is a definate plus and refillable lead that is another plus of this great mechanical pencil. For fine line writing and smaller writing I would recommend this pencil it helps you get right to the point of things with the lead being smaller than your normal #2 pencils. If I were shopping for this pencil I would want to know it comes with the extra erasers and the lead so you have no worries about running out of either. The grip on the pencil is easy to hold as well so you don't have the pencil slipping between your fingers. You don't have to add a bulky eraser to the end of your mechanical pencils any more that ends up splitting and cracking on you and you don't have to throw them away because the eraser is used up any more! I think this is a great pencil and with the extra lead and erasers you can't go wrong.

Home work with Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils

She says she like these pencils are her favorite, the write darker then others and erase better. She likes the bright colors and that it's clear with color.

The Best Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these pencils. They come in a variety of bright and fun colors. The package also conveniently comes with a small container of extra led and erasers, something you don't come across very often. Not only are they stylish, but they are comfortable to hold with the rubber grip. My kids don't worry about that but I do. The lead also writes smoothly and does not break easily, which is a plus for kids who tend to push hard. I would highly recommend these mechanical pencils!

Velocity pencils work great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils are great looking. They come in all the fun colors and work very well. The lead is strong and doesn't snap off easily as in other competitor pencils. The pencil writes smoothly and yet firmly. I found the lead to be very soft and yet strong. It didn't seem like I needed to write a few words before it became nice and round. It was smooth from the very first start.
The extra easers provided with the pack is very thoughtful and will certainly come in handy some day I am sure, but for now the easer behind the pencil will do just fine. It erases off easily and doesn't leave any scoff marks.
I will give it 4 stars though because I found the device itself to be a little heavy to pick up and write with.
