Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils

I have a hard time writing due to arthritis and carpal tunnel but these actually didn't yet like normal pencils do. The erasers are pretty great. Wish regular erasers worked that good! Great job with these pencils stocking up

These Pencils Rock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always preferred to write in pencil. Unfortunately, as an adult, it's frowned upon. When we received these packages of pencils, we were excited. They look so cool. Their colors are so vibrant and they're very easy to hold. The lead is sturdy. In a flurry of composing a report, there is no worry about the lead breaking half way through. The lead is very easily and cleanly erased with the attached eraser, leaving very little residue. All in all, The Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils are much better than any mechanical we've used in the last few years.

BIC Velocity made it easier

Smooth Operator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My entire family has been using and abusing these amazing pencils. We are typically very hard on our writing utensils (broken caps, broken lead, under cushions, smashed in purses, etc.) However, these mechanical pencils have held up to our demands. The colors are appealing and easy to find in a junk drawer full of odds and ends. The plastic is sturdy and when stepped on does not easily combust. The eraser is protected by a cute little clear cap and does fall out when the cap is removed. My favorite part is the lead. It does not break easily, writes very smoothly, makes a dark, clear making on all types of paper, and is not used up with three uses. I definitely recommend this product to others as my kids have begun using this pencil as their go to writing utensil even over the trusty ball point pen. This definitely makes cleaning up their adventures on the wall so much easier.

Fun, Colorful, and Dependable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love these BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils that I received from BzzAgent. First of all, they are fun, colorful and immediately caught their attention. They wanted to use them right away and bring them to school. The grip on the pencil is really nice and comfortable. They write very smooth and even. I like that the eraser actually works and doesn't rip up the paper or smear the lead all over. The BIC Velocity pencil is durable as it doesn't break off every time you use it. We will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future.

Impressive Mechanical Pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I was not expecting much from another mechanical pencil. My 2 boys (ages 7 and 10) press down on their pencils when they write and I try and never let them use the mechanical pencils as the lead always breaks. It was just a waste of money. But I was overly surprised when I had them try these. The big bonus is the thickness of the lead, it definitely takes a lot more to break the lead before clicking for another new one. The comfort of use on the pencils was impressive as well. I am very impressed on how far something so simple has come along. Well done Bic!
