No way this is not mechanical pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just couldn't believe this was a mechanical pencil it much larger in size like a ink pen much better grip than regular pencil smooth permitting tip and and earaser that doesn't smug when used I love the product so well till I had to buy more and share the good thing I have found

My daughted called dibs right out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the pencils are attractive in design. I like that they include extra lead and erasers. As soon as I opened the shipping box, my 7th grade daughter called dibs on the pencils for school. She said they are comfortable to hold and write with. She said the lead breaks kinda easy if she's pushing to hard. She loves how they look and that they came with extra lead and erasers because she uses erasers a lot. She said the erasers erase the pencil lead very well. Overall she really likes the pencils!
I personally like the way the pencils feel when I am writing with them. The grip is smooth. The lead color is a good shade. They do erase well, very little lead marks are visible after erasing. When I write with them, the lead has a smooth flow on the paper, as I prefer writing with utensils that seem effortless. These pass that test.

Great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave these to my son to use since I don't use pencils that often, but I did try them just so that I could make a full honest review. First thing about these pencils that my son feels is kind of a deal breaker if the pencil doesn't have this is the side click to extract more lead. He loves these kinds of pencils because with the standard pencils when you erase you might accidentally click it and lead comes out, with these you don't have to worry about that. He said they write about the same as any other #2 mechanical pencil but he did notice the lead didn't break as easy. I think they do the job great! I don't know if you will ever be able to replicate the gritty wood feeling of a standard #2 pencil but this does a really good job plus you don't have to sharpen it. I bought a whole bunch of these for school if that says anything :)

I used these while I was taking classes and my daughter is using them now in school. We use them everyday and they are very good quality. The only thing that we would change is the eraser. It doesn't erase very well and it could be a little bigger. Other than that we think they are great!

Great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic velocity pencils became popular in my house because my son says that they look more like pens and that makes it more exciting than an ordinary pencil. He loves the fact that the lead is thicker and stronger than other mechanical pencils but it becomes dull pretty quick. The strong lead does erase cleanly which its a plus.

Trusted brand, fun colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these bic velocity pencils are a good idea for back to school because they have fun colors, a good eraser and cap , and you receive a very fair quantity per package . The lead held up and they didn't seem to break easily. Bic has been around since I was a kid so I like that it's a brand that has withstood the test of time.

Great for Daily Pencil Users

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pencil is great for those who prefer pencils or who are required to use them. They are comfortable on the hand and fingers, they fulfill the #2 requirements, and they come in great colors. The gripper and style make the pencil one of the easiest to use for any length of time. My kids asked for more sets for school.
