Velocity is a HIT in my house!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few mechanical pencil fans in my house so I passed out one pack of them to my boys- aged 13 and 18 and waited for the reviews. My 18 year old uses them mainly for schoolwork- writing and such. He has been using mechanical pencils for as long as I can remember so I was anticipating his response. He really liked it, said the lead in it was very smooth and nice to write with. He especially liked that the pencils came with extra lead and most especially extra erasers!! My 13 year old is special needs, he is on the autism spectrum. He draws (and draws really well). He had a generic brand mechanical pencil that he was using. The pencil ran out of lead and I replaced it with a Velocity pencil. He wasn't too thrilled because it was "different," but he gave it a shot. Within minutes he told me it was his "favorite pencil ever." He liked the way it drew "softly" and that the lead didn't break as easy. He also loved the bright color of the pencil! He too was a fan of being able to put new "pencil" in it and that there was lots of erasers!!! Huge success here!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic Velocity pencils are amazing! i don't usually buy mechanical pencils because kids tend to go through lead so quickly; but not with these. Also, these packs come with lead and eraser refills in the pack. This was definitely a selling point for me. The final highlight was being able to do my artwork and shade pencil drawings seamlessly and smoothly. AMAZING PRODUCT!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Free pens!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These came in time to give to my 2 girls for school. Good thing they were free! My daughter went through all 5 pencils plus the replacement lead in a week. They should last longer than that! Part of it is my daughter puts a lot of pressure on pens/pencils, but kids use pencils more often than adults and the leaf should have better quality to withstand it. I probably won't buy them for the kids for school. Cheap wooden pencils are sturdier and last longer for them.

Bic pencils are awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these new pencils. They write so smooth and feels good in my hand. The lead doesnt break as easy as other lead pencils does. My son tried them and now says thats the only kind of pencil he will write with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the BIC Velocity mechanical pencils are amazing. The best part is the strength of the lead and how easy it will erase. My children absolutely love writing and drawing with them. They love all the different colors they come in. I would definitely recommend these pencils. My daughter will not use any other brand now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these new mechanical pencils are sooooo smooth. They don't lead smeared lead on your paper or your hand. Easy to use & refill. Totally recommend this product. The lead doesn't break as easily as most brands this size do. Excellent bang for the buck.

They love how "silky" the eraser is. And mostly, my 7th grade student loves how it writes! When the 7th grader is happy, everyone is happy!
