Love these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids absolutely love these pencils, they're all they'll use now. When we received them school didn't start yet so they were super excited to be able to finally try them out. I got a chance to use one and I love it. The lead doesn't snap off like most pencils, and the grip is just like a regular pen. This is by far the best pencil, and now the only pencil I'll use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the pencils are awesome. Very easy to use with comfortable writing. I sent some to my grand kids. the reply was can we have more to share with our friends. the kids say they are excellent for writing or drawing. Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great and the kids love them. The teacher request mechanical pencils and I think my kids went to school with the best! They look great and they hold the lead well, it isn't all loose. These are awesome and my kids are proud to bring them to school!

BIC Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how these pencils write. I find that the lead is smooth and does not skip. The tips are strong and do not break easily even when bearing down hard. I use these pencils to keep my appointments and like that the lead does not smudge like other mechanical pencils that I usually use.
A few things I found I was not hundred percent satisfied with were;
one they do look just like a pen, so on multiple occasions I started to use it when a pen was needed before I realized that it was a pencil.
The second was the lead replacement. And this is more of a personal dislike then a design issue. The lead was not difficult to replace but it was easy to misplace once the package was opened and I just find it easier to dispose of the pencil when it is empty rather than worry about keeping track of the replacement lead and replenishing it.

Going Through a Pack a Day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, so it seemed! At least once a week I was running to the store for new mechanical pencils. The ones I was buying would easily break! Or the lead would fall out! And sometimes even the clicker on wouldn't bring down the lead. Very frustrating. Especially for the kids and school. Do you remember the days of having to borrow a pencil and teacher or the kid getting mad next to you?
It doesn't happen with the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils!!!! A few weeks into school already and all 3 kids are still on the same pencil! All of them said the lead hasn't even broken one time.
I hold onto my pink pencil and write in my journal everyday with no breakage either. I love the way the it writes so smoothly!

Every bit as good as a wood pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are great for the teenagers. My kids love them. The lead is much stronger than other mechanical pencils that I have purchased and the barrel feels very sturdy and not flimsy like most. The writing is smooth and legible not clumpy and so light you can't read it. These come in many colors so all the kids have options. Also, they are refillable which is a major bonus because the refills come with them! I would recommend these a thousand times over other brands because they are that good.
